The Correlation between covid-19 infection and inflammatory biomarkers in hospitalized patients

إن الالتهاب الرئوي الناتج عن الإصابة بكوفيد 19 والذي يسبب تدمير الأنسجة إلى جانب تجلط الدم وخلل بمؤشرات لدى العديد من المرضى حيث تتداخل تلك العوامل ولا تُظهِر نمطًا محددًا بين هؤلاء المرضى؛ كانت دراستنا عبارة دراسة حالة أجريت على 150 مريضًا راقدا في مستشفى الفلوجة التعليمي و 50 شخص سليم يناير سبتمبر 2021 ، هدفت مؤشرات بما ذلك الهيموجلوبين والكريات البيض ذات العدد التفاضلي والصفائح الدموية جنبًا جنب مع المؤشرات الحيوية الالتهابية المكونة بروتين C التفاعلي معدل ترسيب كرات الحمراء انزيم اللاكتات ديهيدروجينيز الفيريتين D-dimer. معظم علامات والالتهابات والتجلط مرتفعة مجموعة مقارنة السيطرة بشكل ملحوظ. كبار السن هم أكثر عرضة لارتفاع كبير الأعمار الأصغر الرغم ارتفاع عدد خلايا البيضاء فإن العدلات والخلايا الليمفاوية اظهرت قيمًا أقل والتي تتفاقم زيادة العمر خاصة نقص الخلايا الليمفاوية. خلصت الدراسة تدهور بعض المصابين المستشفى ضرر واستجابة التهابية مرتفعة. ولوحظ فيريتين الناتجة الاستجابة الشديدة. ان للعدوى البكتيرية والفيروسية الثانوية بسبب انخفاض المناعية المتمثلة بالمجموعة السليمة والفئات العمرية الاصغر.
